The trustees meet twice a year to consider applications, once in the Spring – usually April or May – and once in the Autumn – usually October or November.
The usual closing dates for our receipt of applications for the Spring and Autumn meetings are 28 February and 30 September respectively. Occasionally a later closing date is possible – in which case it will be shown above.
Depending on the exact date of the meeting (and other practical factors) we may look at applications received shortly after the closing date for that meeting (in which case applicants will receive an email from us). Applicants should not rely on this discretion but should ensure that their application is submitted well before the relevant closing date.
Whilst we still require all applications to be submitted by post, we are happy to receive an email from applicants advising us that an application has been posted. This will enable us to contact you when we’ve received your application.
